There are no major aspects today, but the Moon is Void of Course from 6:51 pm - 6:40 am on Tuesday, so it is a great time to learn about Void of Course Moon.

The Void of Course Moon is an “in-between time.”

Our Moon satellite moves relatively fast— changing signs about every 2.5 days. Void of Course is the time period beginning when the Moon makes it’s last aspect in a sign and ending when the Moon enters the next sign. 

The Void of Course Moon is a time of distraction, confusion, and also… openness. Openness to what is unknown. It is flow-y, intuitive and undefined. 

At the VC moon you may choose to do small projects like organizing your things. You may choose to go inward and meditate. Take advantage of this time of heightened intuition. Issues in a relationship may encourage you to define where you begin and where the other person ends. Good questions for today… When anger arises within you, can you express it without putting the other person on the defensive? How would you do that? Maybe begin by owning that the emotion is your own, and that no one else made you feel it. It’s important to be able to express your anger without turning it into a weapon.

Here's the breakdown for the weekend…

On January 30th- Venus in Capricorn Sextile Neptune in Pisces.

Relational Venus makes an easy aspect to Ethereal Neptune. Ask yourself how you can infuse more enchantment into your life. Make this a day of exquisite grace and ease.

On Sunday, January 31st Mercury in Capricorn will be Square Uranus in Aries.

(For the third time in the last two months. The first was on the winter solstice, December 21st. The second was when Mercury was retrograde on January 20th.) 

Now that Mercury has gone through a retrograde cycle and is in direct motion again, this is a meaningful symbol of “all systems go.” This aspect finds Mindset Mercury and Inventor Uranus challenging and motivating each other. Are you ready for change? Are you willing to open your mind and shift?

Think back to how you felt on the Winter solstice and again on January 20th. Now is the time bring the cycle started on December 21st to a new a crescendo. Realize some of the changes you have put into motion. 

This aspect is about shift in thinking, change in thinking and inspired thinking.

Inspired thought doesn’t have to passive. It can absolutely be called in and directed. Muster up some inspiration when it comes to your Winter Solstice/ New Year intentions. RE- INSPIRE yourself.

We can also call this “making space for inspiration.” Maybe you decide to spend a little extra time in meditation this weekend. Cleanse your space and your mind and allow the inspiration to stream in. Then put it to good use.
